Job Overview
Ambrose Health is committed to providing genomic testing for cancer and heart disease patients to improve their doctor's ability to treat them with the highest standard of care possible. We are looking for talented salespeople with a deep level of Medicare knowledge and Medigap insurance sales experience to fill out a vibrant patient focused team.
Our sales team members must be highly motivated to uncover concerns, and overcome objections, by providing information, with an authoritative and respectful manner. We are interacting with a senior community, with health issues, that have valid concerns on people taking advantage of them. We want to ensure them our testing only occurs if their testing is eligible to be paid by their own insurance and ordered by their own doctors and specialists.
Ambrose Health is a fast-growing company. Our Mission is to push science to its boundaries to develop cutting edge diagnostic tests that can assist in preventing some of the world's most common diseases. In this position, you will be contacting Doctors' offices to present our Biotechnology and Genomic testing products or connecting with Medicare part B qualified patients to assist them in securing testing. You have to have a highly driven and disciplined work methodology to be successful in this role, and be able to consistently work the phones to hit your targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Have the ability to generate leads, follow up on prospects, and apply effective sales techniques.
Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and the latest medical issues for the elderly is greatly desired.
Familiarity with Biotech, Genetics, Oncology, Cardiovascular care, and treatment testing
Network of Oncologist, Cardiologist Medical Doctors is a great asset.
Excellent teamwork and networking skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Highly motivated and target driven sales expert, with a proven track record in direct sales.

Position Requirements

Requirements:
5 years Medicare Advantage product and sales experience
A Bachelor or associate degree in Marketing, Sales, or Biotech may be advantageous.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Teams, Convoso, Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Develop and maintain good working relationships with patients, insurance carriers, and co-workers
Ensure credibility with patients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions, Medicare coverage, and fully understand Ambrose products
Build company image by collaborating with patients, community organization, by enforcing ethical business practices and doing what is right for the patient at all times
