Responsibilities
• Act as a direct support for Management Team• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections• Work with integrity and act as Manager On Duty in absence of higher management• Efficiently process customer transactions• Master product knowledge through continuous learning• Collaborate with an amazing team of Health Enthusiasts• Maintain store maintenance and follow loss prevention standards• Perform additional duties as required• Ensure timely processing of receipts and keep shelves full and priced accordingly
Requirements
• Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers• Passion for the health & wellness industry• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction• Ability to work a flexible schedule depending on business needs• Ability to work as a part-time associate
