Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and

hands-on

Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial behind-the-scenes role, driving the success of our sales team through effective KPI management, lead generation strategy, and lead nurture strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proactive planner, adept at data analysis, and possess strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:

KPI Management, Forecasting & Tracking:

Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives.

Regularly forecast and track performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Email Marketing Strategy, Implementation & Optimization:

Drive the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns utilizing AI and direct response copy best practices.

Ensure quality implementation and monitor performance with continuous optimization of content.

Track ROI metrics: cost per lead, cost per appointment, cost per conversion

Sales Webinar Content Strategy & Implementation:

Contribute to the development of webinar and content strategies.

Coordinate the implementation of these strategies to drive conversion.

Sales Funnel Design & Documentation:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to build and optimize sales funnels.

Maintain detailed documentation of funnel operations and improvements.

Database Management:

Oversee the integrity of the contact database, utilizing supporting team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Implement data cleansing processes to enhance data quality.

Team Meetings, Project Direction/Management:

Facilitate team meetings to discuss ongoing campaigns and provide clear direction.

Manage and oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing / direct response copywriting.

Proven experience in project management.

Active Campaign experience with marketing automation is preferred.

HubSpot experience is preferred.

Google Suite proficiency preferred.

Experience with Slack and Zoom or other video platform reporting required.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational and planning skills.

Strong lead generation and funnel conversion skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Excel and working with formulas.

Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset.

Additional Information:

Sales experience is not required; however, experience working behind the scenes with a sales team is essential.

Veterinary industry experience is not necessary.

Hours, Availability, & Location

Part-time role 20 hours per week

Availability during regular business hours in your time zone.

Must have a permanent address and authorization to work in one of the following U.S. States: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MI, NC, PA, SC, TX, WI.
