Job Description:
As the General Manager at Sir Grout you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and optimal use of resources.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth, market expansion, and enhanced service offerings.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Tile and Grout Restoration Technicians, Administrative Assistants, and support staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.Financial Management: Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Requirements: Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a leadership role within the home service industry, preferably in tile and grout restoration or related fields.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with tile and grout restoration services or a similar industry.Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive company success. Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
