Responsibilities
Client Interaction:
Engage with customers in a welcoming and informative manner, understanding their vehicle requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Consultation:
Assist clients in selecting the right vehicle, explaining features, and guiding them through the purchasing or leasing process.
Negotiation:
Work with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements on pricing and financing options.
Vehicle Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on the latest models, features, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Customer Follow-Up:
Maintain relationships with customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and future business opportunities.
Requirements
Sales Experience:
Previous experience in automotive sales experience.
Customer-First:
A dedication to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
