You love motivating and training your team, pushing them to exceed their goals, and measuring their performance through key metrics like ticket averages, close rates, revenue, club memberships, and customer reviews. You know how to spot weaknesses, coach through shortcomings, and celebrate the wins. You win in all day to day operations of a sales manager handling quotes, coaching one on ones, scheduling right tech to job, watching dispatch board, disciplinary actions, refunds and complaints.If you thrive in a competitive environment and are eager to take ownership of our sales process, you're who we're looking for!Responsibilities: Lead and drive sales performance for the teamProvide one-on-one coaching to improve sales techniquesTrack and manage key sales metrics (ticket average, close rates, etc.)Develop and implement sales trainingMotivate the team to push beyond their targets while maintaining customer integrityMonitor customer satisfaction through reviews and follow-upsUphold the values of honesty, transparency, and customer care Requirements: Minimum 4 years of proven sales, a plus is Plumbing Service ExperienceAbility to pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving recordReady to join a company that values you?
