ResponsibilitiesFormulate work plans and business strategies, and implement them according to the regional strategic and specific business objectives.Understand the integrators and industry development, explore the value of the business, refine the business model and market approach, and organize systematic market battles.Maintain close communication with regional front-line units to empower, drive, and assist in the initialization, and achieve the development of regional business.Integrate industry key projects and customers, as well as track and maintain related team communication and cooperation to achieve key business goals.Integrate the industry as a whole for the development of each region, having a clear inventory and strategy to achieve continuous insight into specific business needs.QualificationsExperience in CCTV of up to 5 years.Bachelor's degree in IT, security, or communication industry foundation preferred.More than 5 years of integrator and industry project-based market experience.Strong customer development and project planning ability, as well as related industry resources.Fluent in Russian and Azerbaijani to communicate with customers, proficient in English.
