We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for the Japanese Market:Working closely with key distribution partners and direct customers across Japan to reach and surpass targeted sales goalsHelping to develop new distribution/sales channels in these regionsDriving in-store and online sales in line with the Sales and Marketing teams' goals, ensuring market adaptation for each regionDeveloping key customer relationships and using best practice selling and marketing techniques to secure incremental display or online space across local marketsEnsuring that the brands in the Company's portfolio are properly displayed and well represented in JapanEstablishing store rotation and visitation schedules to maintain high customer touch in each regionBuilding effective relationships internally with sales and marketing colleagues and externally with distributors, retail store owners, managers, buyers, and marketing staff within these regionsActing as a Brand Ambassador for the Company across these diverse marketsMinimum 3 years of experience in sales and distribution management, with knowledge of the Japanese marketsProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and customers across different cultures and business environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven mindset and cultural awareness of the respective marketsBusiness fluent in Mandarin and English, further foreign language skills are an assetAbility to work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams, adjusting strategies based on regional requirementsHigh willingness to travel across the assigned countriesExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in MS Office
