Job Summary: Responsibilities of The Sales Manager: Sells events and rooms for Camp LucyResponsible for the monthly forecast for Catering and Venue revenuesResponsible for building the sales strategies for the department with the guidance of the corporate DOSMCreate and implement processes that will improve customer service and create efficiencies for the Account Specialist teamService groups as needed to relieve the workload of the Account Specialist teamMentor, train and develop the Account Specialists, Sales Managers and CoordinatorsMaintain complete Delphi compliance and hold team accountable to the sameEnsure the sales team is achieving all sales call and revenue goals Achievement of revenue budget in catering, venue and group rooms.Assist with greeting clients and pop up toursFacilitate all client notes and mail, thank you cards for tours, and hosted plannersCreates and Emails Batch merge weekly Assist with all other assignments or projects as needed for Sales Director and ManagerAssist with main office projects as neededKey Qualities in the person we are looking for include: Computer proficient and ready to quickly learn new software. Must be organized, eager to learn, and possess a natural gift of hospitality in any situationAlways ready and looking for creative ways to make the guest experience at Camp Lucy memorableMust be adaptable to a work schedule that will require some weekends and holidays.
