Leading company of South Korea's agricultural industry.

Job Description: Coordinate sales operations and marketing plans.Analyze and maintain knowledge of clients' business, latest news, and trends to cultivate and maintain positive business relationships.Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.Consistently collect and analyze market data to aid efforts in business development.Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries, negotiate sales terms & agreements and maintain accurate records of sales activities.Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective follow through on sales process.Other duties as assigned such as regular weekly reporting and meeting summary reports.Role requires 25-35% of business travel. Qualifications: Must have work authorization in U.S.A.At least Bachelor's degree in agriculture or business or marketing related major preferred.More than 3-5 years' experience in on-field sales in agriculture industry (Crop Protection must require).Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work efficiently & effectively.Relationship management and networking skills are a must.Ability to handle multiple tasks and hand in regular reports in timely manner.Strong teamwork & collaboration skills.Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Onsite work in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, or fully remote.
