Leads the sales department and manages all sales operations. Duties include developing sales strategies, training staff, setting sales goals, and establishing customer relationships. Ensure sales revenue meet or exceed goals to keep the company profitable. Tests different sales plans and adjusts the sales strategy as needed to increase profits.
