Sales Manager

We seek someone who can lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and meet individual and team targets. Your management style would be based on being a coach and mentor. You would describe yourself as friendly, enthusiastic, and analytical. Able to monitor sales metrics and data to provide actionable insights and optimize marketing/sales strategies. You would be collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive business growth. You would also have experience in sales management, preferably construction or in-home sales.

This is a full-time position with the potential to earn between $95,000 and $120,000 annually. The position offers a base salary, a quarterly bonus for producing results, and the benefits listed below.
