Responsibilities
• Driving membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls• Providing leadership and management to create a positive environment for staff and clients• Managing and exceeding sales and operational budgets• Overseeing the sales process and systems• Working closely with KidStrong Director and family development specialist• Building and maintaining KidStrong class size through scheduling optimization• Modeling all center activities through self-involvement• Communicating with staff and ensuring timely response to corporate requests• Enforcing corporate policies, systems, and processes• Providing and maintaining the highest level of customer service• Making effective decisions regarding customer service issues
Requirements
• Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends• Promotional-oriented with the ability to schedule trials• Understanding of performance metrics and excellent communication skills• Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for excellence• Practical work experience using Microsoft Office and G-Suite• Fitness, retail, and/or hospitality industry experience preferred• Willingness to work at least three weekday nights and one weekend day
