We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager at Ylopo, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team and be part of a fast-growing company. 

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the real estate industry. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve our revenue goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching sales professionals Drive sales objectives, KPIs, and sales targets, and monitor team performance against these metrics Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with key customers and partners Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, market, and competition Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business strategy Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to customers and prospects Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience. 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a  team of sales professionals Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights and recommendations Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales technologies Experience in the real estate industry is a plus If you are a highly motivated and experienced Sales manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing real estate technology company, we encourage you to apply. 

What we offer The salary range for this position is $80,000(Flexible) with an OTE of $150 - $180k.  The benefits & wellness package includes health and mental health coverage, paid vacation/sick days, and a retirement savings plan.
