Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: In-Office – Candidates based near Mankato, MN, including surrounding areas such as Courtland, Nicollet, St. Peter, Lafayette, Waseca, Rochester, and the Twin Cities (St. Paul and Minneapolis)
Company: Client Company based in Minnesota
Hours: 44 hours per week
Compensation: Base Salary $100,000, with OTE $148,000 - $200,000 based on performance

The Sales Manager will lead a team to achieve and exceed sales goals, with key responsibilities including:
Sales Planning: Develop sales strategies, set goals, assign territories, and monitor key accounts.Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train new sales staff, while providing mentorship and support.Performance Management: Oversee team performance, including lead generation and account management, and conduct performance evaluations.Data Analysis: Utilize data insights to make informed decisions, manage the sales pipeline, and boost team productivity.Customer Interaction: Engage with clients and prospective customers, attend events, and handle escalated issues.Market Trends: Stay informed on industry trends to identify new opportunities.Reporting: Communicate key metrics, team achievements, and improvement areas to upper management. Associate's degree or higherPrevious IT sales management experience preferredExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProven success managing a sales team, particularly through long sales cyclesStrong negotiation and objection-handling skillsSelf-motivated, able to multitask, and manage time effectivelyGoal-oriented, with a collaborative, team-focused approach Soft Skills: Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanorAdaptable to a fast-paced environmentProficient in CRM tools and process improvementsAbility to support strategic initiatives, handle projects, and optimize the sales process Job Type: Full-time
Team Activity Bonus: Awarded for achieving team goals such as appointment setting, maintaining a CSAT score of 95%, and proposal submissions.
