The Importance of this Role
The Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager will play a critical role in Matic's continued success by leading, coaching and inspiring a team of Licensed Insurance Agents on a daily basis.
What You'll Do
Coach and develop agents
Hold agents accountable to achieving certain levels of performance across established metrics
Achieve objectives through effective performance management of their team
Work effectively with senior leadership to execute on company OKRs
Lead presentations about the agency for a variety of audiences
Provide feedback about agency technology, leads, carriers, and customer experience
Participate in process improvement projects as needed
Accomplish additional assigned tasks as needed
What You Offer
Minimum 2 year of insurance or mortgage related experience
Demonstrated success in selling or managing personal insurance products
Excellent communication skills
Analytical skills; able to use data to drive performance
Ability to develop and motivate agents
Motivated, self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
