How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? SEPPIC, Inc. seeks a Sales & Marketing Director North America Beauty Care to work in Fairfield, New Jersey to complete the job duties below:

Work with a team of technical sales representatives in conjunction with the management of SEPPIC's commercial profit and loss statements (P&L). Manage the day-to-day operations of the North America personal Care division by setting performance goals and monitoring their achievements throughout the year. Participate in staffing, coaching, training, and performance evaluations to develop new sales programs and ensure adequate reporting of call reports and selling opportunities in the company's Sales Force. Develop the department's yearly budget in line with the company's expectations and strategy. Analyze variances between budget and actual sales, and implement corrective actions. Manage the company's sales opportunities pipeline to ensure selling efforts are aligned with local and global strategic directions and initiatives. Maintain a balance between the efforts deployed to develop the distribution of business and the company's unique product lines. Implement local pricing strategies set in collaboration with the company's regional marketing and provide support to sales representatives in responding to customer bids or in critical negotiating deals. Liaise with the company's key clients and attend meetings with exclusive customers to develop and maintain relationships, especially with the company's elite top accounts. Work with the company's Regional Marketing Managers in the process of developing a five-year strategic plan for the company's North America Personal Care Business Unit. Represent the company at key industry association meetings and tradeshows. Are you a MATCH? MINIMUM EDUCATION: Master's degree in Chemistry, Formulation of Beauty Care, Marketing or Sales or other closely related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years of technical experience with beauty care formulation, understanding customer formulation needs, and defining customer targets matching with product targets; with at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience driving commercial policy and sales strategy on the market; with at least 2 years of relevant beauty care management experience.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 30% of domestic travel required.
