SALES & MARKETING (GOLF, TURF NUTRIENTS, PEST/DISEASE MANAGEMENT) with RNZ Nutrients @ Remote, USA.
Job Description:
Sales & Marketing experience with Horticulture / Agriculture/ Science background.
Experience of turf fertilizer and pesticides industry are preferable.
Must have strong sales and collection skills.
Excellent negotiation, customer engagement and closure skills with basic field promotion knowledge.
Turf maintenance experience is an added advantage.
5-10 years of turf nutrients, pest & disease management skills are the key preferred skills.
Self-initiative, aggressive, experience in conducting field trials at end user level, floating effective revenue generating schemes and proactive actions on competition are value added inputs
Must achieve sales and collection targets as agreed with management.
Candidate must have a valid 4 wheel Driving License.
Must have to handle local turf business related responsibilities
Purpose: Bridge between the Customer and RNZ Nutrient solutions in the Golf industry.
Generating revenue, building a strong client network, and forging strategic partnerships to ensure a sustainable Golf business.
