Sales Operations Administrator at ITI Status: Full-Time

Position Summary: As a Sales Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team across all product lines offered by ITI.
We are a dynamic and evolving team spread between 3 primary locations in Woodland, WA, Houston, TX and Cleveland, OH.
You will work closely with the sales team, operations members, and accounting team members, serving to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities: Enter new customers and leads into systems including NetSuite, HubSpot and SharePoint. Generate quotes for all product lines ensuring correct product details, quantities, and pricing. Create, refine, and update sales orders for fulfillment and execution. Process invoices, credit memos and purchase orders. Find and create calendar place holders for Instructor Led Training events. Follow through with orders to ensure our products are represented with ITI quality. Commit to learning ITI products and growing with the changes. Maintain and enhance data quality across multiple platforms. Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future. Assist in Training Center live events as needed. All other duties as needed or required Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience providing administrative support functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proficiency in CRM software. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Detail oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Collaborative team player. Physical Requirements: Must be able to move, lift, and carrying potentially heavy materials, equipment, and tools up to 40 pounds, with/without the assistance of a dolly and/or cart. Sitting, standing (possibly for long periods), climbing, stooping, bend/twist at waist, perform work. Manual strength and dexterity to operate office equipment, tools, and equipment, and pull, push, or manipulate objects or equipment. May be exposed to indoor office temperature and/or outdoor heat extremes and inclement weather. Vision to read various content i.e., computer screens, orders, manuals, documents, and regulations. Speech and hearing for communicating instructions, information, and work requests. This work may be performed in an office, classroom, offsite locations, and outdoor settings. Starting Compensation Range: $ 21.00 - 26.00 per hour depending on the combination of education, experience, training, knowledge, skills and aptitudes.

This position is intended to be based out of ITI's office in Deer Park, Texas - 4601 Center St, Deer Park, TX 77536and intended to be a Hybrid position with incremental work from home assignment.
