Job Overview The Sales Operations Associate will support the sales team by managing daily operational tasks, focusing on process improvements, and tracking performance metrics.
This position will report to the business operations team, which oversees cross-functional processes connecting sales, marketing, finance, and strategy. Essential Functions Support the sales, finance, and field robotics engineering teams with contract progression.Monitor the customer pipeline and generate reports.Analyze sales and marketing data to provide insights into key KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value.Serve as a liaison across sales, marketing, sales operations, and strategy, highlighting areas for continuous improvement.Conduct market research and benchmarking activities.Maintain effective collaboration with various departments and individuals involved in critical sales processes.Assist in developing, testing, and implementing sales process systems and improvements.Demonstrate expertise in CRM systems, such as Salesforce and NetSuite.Analyze data trends to support forecasting of commercial transactions.Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications: Understanding of sales and marketing processes.Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to convert insights into actionable recommendations.Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce, and NetSuite. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).Experience with SQL, VBA, and Google Scripts. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred.3-5 years of related experience.
