Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Specialist, you will be at the heart of our data management efforts, ensuring our Salesforce CRM system runs smoothly and accurately supports our sales and business operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Data Entry & Integrity: You'll play a crucial role in entering vital order details and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our Salesforce CRM system. Salesforce Expertise: Develop a deep knowledge of Salesforce, becoming a go-to expert on the platform to support and enhance business operations. Order & Contract Management: You will review sales opportunities, contracts, proposals, and purchase orders to ensure all details are aligned, creating seamless sales orders and service contracts. Reporting & Analysis: Help drive business insights by creating actionable reports from Salesforce to support our management team with data-driven decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company, sending finalized sales orders to the Regional Financial Controller and ensuring smooth coordination with internal stakeholders. Monthly Reporting: Own the preparation and distribution of key reports, including monthly EU/US inflation and order reports, ensuring all data is current and accurate. Ongoing Improvements: As part of your role, you'll also contribute to routine Salesforce administrative tasks, ensuring users and data are kept up-to-date. What you'll have/be: Previous experience in a similar role. Meticulous Attention to Detail: You pride yourself on your ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in everything you do. Organized and Proactive: You are structured in your approach, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently without missing a beat. Effective Communicator: Whether working with colleagues or external partners, your communication style is clear, flexible, and responsive. Collaborative Mindset: You thrive in a team environment, offering a positive, resilient attitude that helps drive success for everyone. Salesforce Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but we're also excited to train someone passionate about learning and mastering the platform.
