The role of Sales Ops has dramatically changed in the last few years, and Shipium is embracing the shift by hiring a tech-forward Sales Operations-Manager who can drive processes, tools, and results. This position is the force amplifier our team immediately needs. You will empower the Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams by building new processes with new tools. You have an incredible passion for building core processes using the latest technologies, trends, and strategies. As an operator, you know how to drive metrics that matter, but as a technologist, you are at the forefront of best practices for analytics, data, and systems across the entire funnel. You also have a passion for sales and growing a business as the key outcome of all the work is sales growth.
What You Will Do:
Bring your expertise, your analytical skills, and show us how to improve on what results we need.
Implement and manage our CRM system, Salesforce, to ensure efficient data capture and reporting as well as to ensure user adoption.
Develop and maintain playbooks, processes, and workflows, maximize sales rep productivity, develop dashboards and reports
Analyze sales data, forecast and generate reports, manage lead generation and qualification process
Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and proposals for GTM, and partner with the marketing team to create collateral based on customer needs Identify and implement new sales technologies to improve efficiencies, ie: Hubspot, AI
Enjoys solving problems and distilling information down into digestible chunks for our sales stakeholders and colleagues to support the business needs
Experience:
8 plus years with a successful track record of accomplishments in a Sales Ops role
Proficiency within a B2B SaaS startup, a Salesforce guru, problem solver, analytical, determined, driven, and passionate about success
This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibility
