The OpportunityThe Sales Operations Manager will be the central source of information and support for our Byredo Field Sales Team and key collaborator with all corporate departments on sales strategy execution. Responsible for supporting the administrative and analytical needs of the Field Sales Team, as well as the Director of Sales Operations in planning and supporting the US Retail Business. The Sales Operations Manager will be the primary liaison between Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and Field Sales Staff.
What you'll get to doRetail Sales- Sell In, Sell Thru, Inventory & KPI Performance Reporting and Analysis on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basisPrepare, manage, and maintain seasonal collateral, promotional, special event and training allocations for ByredoCollaborate with Key Account Directors to forecast and load allocations based on Promotional plan and availability of inventoryPrimary liaison and source of information/data sharing between Retailers, Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Key Account Directors, Finance and Field Sales PersonnelRetail Sales analysis, Top door reports, Business Reviews, Retail Meeting PreparationRSC (Retail Sales Coordinator) program and budget cross training and supportAssist Account Executives of the Sales Field with any requestsAdditional support of special projects when neededWe'd love to meet you if you haveBachelor's degree (preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables/V-Lookups) and PowerPointAdvanced analytical skills in Budget/Product Planning and AnalysisHighly organized with strong multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication skills for interaction with Senior Management and Field personnelSelf-motivated, resourceful, and detail orientedDemonstrates a consistent positive attitude and professionalismStrong time management and follow-through skillsKnowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse systems is a plusExperience in the Beauty and Fragrance Industry is a plusA few things you'll love about usAn entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work cultureA range of learning and development opportunitiesAn international company with plenty of opportunities to growA competitive compensation & benefits packageCompensation DataAs required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000.00 - $105,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
