As a Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing critical operations including billing processing and the creation of commercial and pricing proposals while collaborating closely with our Sales and Finance teams to make sure key processes are created, followed and constantly improved upon.
\n Key ResponsibilitiesLead OXIO's efforts in understanding the local and global Telecom market landscapeAssist in the preparation of financial reports, providing insights and analytics to support decision-makingEvaluate and implement new tools and technologies (e.g. CRM enhancements) to support the Sales Operations teamLead prioritization efforts to productize some of our Sales Operations core tasks (e.g. our client orders management system)Oversee and continuously improve Sales Operations processes, including but not limited to billing, financial proposals, and sales documentationContinuously evaluate the Sales organization performance in order to identify issues, evaluate potential risks and work with teams on solutionsEnsure regulatory compliance: all Sales Operations activities must comply with relevant regulations and policies across different countries (e.g. Support policies, lawful intercept)Design the industry standard for Telecom products at OXIODevelop a scalable Pricing framework based on industry and market researchWork with our Data and Intelligence teams designing our Business Intelligence product's pricing strategyMaintain and create new Pricing tools to help the Commercial team be more efficient Key QualificationsBachelors or Master's degreeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and the ability and organizational skillsAdvanced Excel / Google Spreadsheets skillsProcess-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong ability to effectively document, improve, follow and enforce new processes that involve many teams within the organization What We OfferCompetitive salary and stock option incentive programCompany paid healthcareFlexible work arrangementsCompany sponsored team-lunches and company retreatsInternational organization that enables you to work across boundaries, travel to different locations, and enjoy the dynamics of a rapidly growing startupA diverse and inclusive team
