As our Sales Operations Manager at Formic, you will primarily be responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Sales Team at Formic. You will influence and optimize the sales process to support the team to operate efficiently and effectively. You will also be a bridge between different departments - including Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Deployment - facilitating communication and systematically reducing and eliminating the barriers that impact the Sales Team's performance as they generate revenue for the company. The ideal candidate will provide guidance on market trends, develop resources, and track long-term sales data, as well as partner with leadership to forecast business and report on revenue.
As our Sales Operations Manager you will:Execute on the day-to-day, tactical elements of sales enablement programs, including improvement of and ongoing support within our tech stackTrack and analyze short and long term sales data, providing data-driven insights to ensure accurate and real-time visibility into team and individual performance and facilitate forecastingCreate and train on intuitive and graceful processes and user workflows and tooling systems that support achievement of goalsExecute on special projects to improve the effectiveness of the Sales Team (or cross-functional departments), as delegated by leadershipMaster our tech stack and become the expert for how to assess opportunitiesStreamline and optimize our tools and utilization to drive better company outcomesStay up to date with the latest tools and technologies, and evaluate and implement new ones that improve productivity and efficiency of the organizationServe as a liaison between teams and upper managementFollow ethical and legal practices with consumer and customer dataAssist the Marketing Team in determining customer outreach methodsMonitor and assist with customer retention with proactive, actionable data for Customer Success and Sales to leverageTrain staff on new technology, software, and sales processes critical to their roles, both during onboarding and throughout tenure as neededWhat makes you a great fit:5+ years of Sales Operations experience in a fast–paced environmentExpert-level capabilities with databases and sales software including Salesforce and HubspotDeep understanding of the sales process -from lead generation to closing deals, as well as of different sales methodologies and strategiesStrong analytical skills, specifically the capability to analyze complex sales data, identify patterns, generate insights, and make data-driven decisionsAbility to perform advanced computing functionsAbility to successfully plan, execute, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at onceStrong verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams of all level of seniorityAbility to gracefully and confidently navigate ambiguous and changing environmentsKeen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and process efficiencyCan-do, eager-to-serve attitude, adept in handling rapidly changing tactical and strategic focusesStrong problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues within the sales process and develop effective solutionsWhat we look for:We're building a company from the ground up, so every single person we hire has a massive impact on our team, culture, and ability to accomplish our mission. The expected base pay range for this position is below.
Base Salary Range:
$110,000 - $130,000 USD
