Sales Project Manager - Scandinavia (M/F/D)*As a Sales Project Manager, you will play a key role in the management of Integrated Solution Sales within TGW's Northern Hub, with specific focus on the Scandinavian market. This role plays a key part in the company's ongoing strategic growth and realizing its financial targets. This is an opportunity to join a well-established and dynamic, successful team.
The role of the Sales Project Manager is to develop key customer relationships through their nominated stakeholders whilst managing a multifaceted internal 'Sales & Solutions' (SAS) team for high-capital, integrated logistics projects. Working within specialist teams to develop industry-leading solutions whilst maintaining market competitiveness is a key component of the role.
ResponsibilitiesYou will develop and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.You will deliver the order intake target as defined within the annual plan and work with and lead a Solution Design / Bid Team.You will be responsible for the preparation and joint delivery of presentations to prospective customer teams while managing your time and the time of others in this complex, high-paced B2B selling environment.You will have regular status updates with the Head of Sales and support the Head of Business Development with focused and targeted lead generation.You will negotiate in high-capital projects and manage the associated contracting process.You will travel to new and existing customer premises across Scandinavia and other TGW offices across Europe.You will adopt and promote TGW's culture and value set.What you'll needYou have strong knowledge of the intralogistics and at least 5 years' experience in logistics-based, integrated solution design, 3-PL or selling.You have demonstrated ability to lead project tendering processes and project teams.You are experienced in managing multiple project bids simultaneously and you have excellent attention to detail, presentation, and analytical skills.You are a strong stakeholder with management experience.Preferably you have an engineering or technical degree qualified and strong sales and contract negotiation skills.You have a good command of the Swedish language.WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVEPermanent Contract with a competitive salary.Company Car.Life Assurance: 4x Yearly Salary.Employee Assistance Programme.The amount of annual vacation is 30 working days and the Employee is entitled to a vacation pay of 0.8% of the monthly gross salary per vacation day.In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR APPLICATION*TGW is an employer that promotes equal opportunities.
