Job Description As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top sales talent to join our team. You will conduct virtual interviews with candidates across the US as well as collaborating with sales managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies to fill open positions. You'll have the opportunity to offer candidates, that are qualified with the necessary skills, the position and help them with the onboarding process with the end goal of getting them to attend their 1st In-Person training.
