We're looking for a Sales Recruitment Manager to help us reach the next level. Position Summary:
As Sales Recruitment Manager, you'll lead a team of 2-3 recruiters focused on high-volume sales recruitment. Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll be responsible for implementing recruiting strategies, building a robust candidate pipeline, and ensuring that recruitment practices meet our company's growth objectives. You'll also support ongoing sales training for your team, empowering them to identify and secure high-quality sales talent.
Key Responsibilities: Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of recruitment specialists, offering guidance and support to meet hiring targets.Implement Strategy: Execute high-volume recruitment strategies that align with our company's growth goals.Build Candidate Pipeline: Oversee proactive sourcing and outreach to build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for consultative sales roles.Monitor KPIs: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and cost-per-hire.Support Training Initiatives: Assist in developing recruitment team skills for identifying top consultative sales talent.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with Sales, HR, and hiring managers to align recruitment with broader department goals and ensure an excellent candidate experience. What We're Looking For: Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, ideally in sales or high-volume environments, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.Sales Recruitment Skills: Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, candidate evaluation, and sourcing, especially for consultative sales roles.Metrics-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking recruitment KPIs and improving processes.Sales Training Knowledge: Exposure to or experience in sales training or coaching recruiters on consultative sales skills is a plus.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for team leadership and collaboration.
