Salesforce experience preferredExperience in positions where adherence to strict confidentiality is required.Healthcare / health insurance experience preferred.Call Center experience preferred.Licensure Requirement: NYS and VT LAH Health Insurance license is required within 4 weeks training period prior to selling.Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growthHumility to play as a teamCommitment to being the difference for our customers in every interactionYour key responsibilities: Respond to benefit inquiries and complete online enrollment applications for MVP Medicare prospectsAddress prospect questions, including eligibility, benefit interpretation and cost sharing via inbound and outbound calls, walk-in contact and written correspondence/email.Assure understanding level of each prospect/enrollee by providing clear, complete and accurate information regarding assigned product benefits, policies and procedures.Qualify each prospect according to departmental and federal guidelines.Meet accessibility and quality goals, such as average speed of answer and abandonment rate.Document complete and accurate prospect records and process all appointments, registrations and requests for information in CRM.Meet individual and team membership goals.Follow company and federal sales and marketing guidelines in all interactions with prospects.Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.Where you'll be: Hybrid - Schenectady, Rochester or Tarrytown

The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting.
