About the Role:
We are seeking confident, self-motivated individuals with a strong focus on integrity and client care to join our team as Field Agent Underwriters and Managers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help protect families and provide them with peace of mind through our industry-leading insurance products.
As a Field Agent Underwriter, you will receive information from interested homeowners and follow up with them to schedule appointments in their homes. During these appointments, you will review the client's information, present suitable options they qualify for, and assist them in selecting the best coverage that fits their budget and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads and set appointments with homeowners
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand clients' needs
- Present tailored insurance solutions and provide expert guidance
- Maintain a strong commitment to ethical practices and client satisfaction

- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain a Life Insurance License (training and support provided)
- Successful completion of background check (no felonies)
