Responsibilities & Qualifications:
A Day in the Life:
Develop and nurture strong client relationships within a designated portfolio of niche career centers.
Gain insight into recruitment advertising challenges within specific industry verticals.
Drive sales within your assigned territory through a combination of acquiring new business, renewing existing accounts, and upselling products.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our services and technology platform, effectively communicating their benefits to customers and prospects.
Proactively follow up on provided hot leads and maintain a high level of sales activity using sales technologies and automation.
Promote a diverse suite of solutions aimed at showcasing employers' open roles and enhancing their brand.
Offer guidance to current customers on their recruitment advertising strategy, recommending products tailored to their needs.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our products and services.
Meet or exceed daily sales and activity targets.
We are looking for someone who brings:
1-2 years of sales experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivation and drive.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a talent for building client relationships.
