As a Title Sales Representative, you will take ownership of selling Lennar Title products and services to the real estate and financial community in order to maximize profitable market share in an assigned territory. You will develop and maintain customers for the company by the extensive application of sales and service techniques. Drives the sales process while making daily calls to numerous customers or prospective customers. Keeps accurate records of calls made, expenses incurred and order volume. Continually assesses competitor actions within community. Assists in developing sales forecasts, territory potentials, workload analysis, call programs and routes. Continually increases knowledge of sales skills, concepts, techniques, etc., and develops and improves sales presentations.Customer-Centric Approach: Regularly promotes and maintains favorable customer relations for company by arranging and participating in the presentation of educational training programs for customer.Marketing: Attend real estate and community networking groups and participate in real estate industry functions.RequirementsValid Drivers License and dependable transportation2+ years Title insurance sales experience requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office suite requiredKnowledge of Constant Contact and TitlePro 24/7 preferredPhysical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment.
