Job DescriptionUnique opportunity for a talented and competitive Sales Representative/Executive for International Markets (UK, USA, Australia & Europe) that thrives in a challenging start-up environment. A sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must have and be comfortable with generating leads, qualifying prospects, and arranging meetings for direct sales teams to go-after.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company's products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customersExpert in cold-calling to reach out to potential clientsDevelop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categoriesPossess in-depth knowledge of companies products and service offerings, being able to customise services offerings to meet client demands and handle client objections.Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.Having experience of working with Small and Medium size consulting organisations and generate Go to Market strategiesBuild network with our technology partners (Boomi, NetSuite, Salesforce, apigee, Kong, Snowflake)Able to understand client's requirements at a high level and able to map to our solution/services offeringsFlexible to work in UK and US time zonesPrerequisite - Skills and QualificationsThree or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.Bachelor's degree or equivalentSalary and PerksIn commensurate with skills and experience of the individual.Join the team of innovators who are constantly turning challenges into meaningful changes.
