SUMMARY: The Sales Representative is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of current and prospective clients in Nebraska and Iowa to form and deepen relationships, close sales and ultimately further the mission of Youth Frontiers. POSITION CLASSIFICATION: FLSA Exemption Status: Non-ExemptWork Schedule: 12-month, Part-Time (20 hours per week)Location: Remote (Omaha)Basis of Pay: HourlyDepartment: SalesPay Range: $25 - $29/hourKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DUTIES: Sales Lead Generation Focus personal outreach and opportunity development toward a portfolio of core client prospects in Nebraska and Iowa.Execute daily on best practice playbooks and portfolio plans to achieve conversion results.Generate sales outreach and follow up on referrals and inbound sales leads.Travel as needed to: Attend industry events and follow-up on leads generated. Support and attend YF-hosted events to build new relationships and cultivate sales leads.Host visitors at YF programs to cultivate interest.Collaborate with marketing on client communications planning and development, providing ideas and feedback, and tactical support as requested. Follow-up with marketing qualified leads.Achieve and exceed monthly SDR qualified opportunity stage goals.Close new sales to meet individual goals developed in collaboration with the sales development manager.Sales Retention Maximize client retention by maintaining relationships through meetings, phone calls, emails and other tactics established in sales playbooks and portfolio plans.Connect with clients in the portfolio after every program to discuss client experience and gather feedback. Record findings in Salesforce and elevate intel to appropriate parties.Execute a reimagined sales rebook process created by the sales development manager and other leaders to better serve clients and increase likelihood of repeat business and new sales to existing clients.Close rebook sales and new sales to existing clients.Client Database Population and Reporting Utilize Salesforce correctly and consistently to ensure the platform remains our source of truth for all client interactions and houses an accurate and actionable sales pipeline.Manage personal targets and KPIs.Track personal progress towards weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals including call and email cadence, connect rates, meetings booked, pipeline generation and best practice lead conversion rates.Review personal daily activity and productivity metrics.Generate lead and opportunity conversion reports.Contribute to weekly sales reporting and other sales reports as requested.Assist with annual data clean up projects as requested.All positions at Youth Frontiers may perform other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: BA degree or equivalent work experience.Experience with CRM databases, including Salesforce and FileMaker Pro.Mac experience with basic software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Strong interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.Strong verbal and written communications skills, organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ year's experience in sales.Experience in education or social services.Youth Frontiers seeks to hire from a diverse pool of applicants and encourages people from all backgrounds to apply.
