Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing Private Security Guards Services Sales Representative to join our company. Responsibilities:

Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease.

Answer customer questions about the company's services, areas we provide services, and the kind of services.

Use CRM software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive automotive sales.

Conduct personal meetings with potential customers.

Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Make calls to customers.

Email offers to customers.

Schedule meetings.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Prior sales experience in a similar or same business is preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision.

Salary: 7% of the Gross Profit of each contract.
