\n WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLEIdentify reasons for a canceled sale and make recommendations as needed.Communicate effectively with homeowners to determine needs.Set follow up appointments via outbound calls.Meet or exceed appointment setting goals.Provide world class customer service.Coordinate with outside sales leaders to ensure program effectiveness.Enter data into the system accurately. WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSONAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.Excellent communication and phone/computer skills.A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.Willingness to learn and grow in a new role.2+ years as a successful phone sales representative.Call center experience, preferred.
