Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or minimum 10 years of experience• 5 years of relevant professional experience and 1 year of R&D, applications engineering, or sales engineering experience• Experience converting major customer's business from a competitor• Sales and customer relationship management skills• Strong negotiation and communication skills• Financial acumen• Market knowledge of diverse industrial markets• Basic knowledge of industrial rubber products• Legal authorization to work in the US
