The ideal candidate will be adept at the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a knack for building strong industry relationships and networks. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office is required. The role offers a competitive salary with commission, and the opportunity to work closely with the CEO to impact the company's bottom line. Key Responsibilities: - Operate across the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. - Manage and follow up on provided leads, with the ability to source additional leads independently. - Conduct outreach through cold calls and emails to potential clients. - Draft quotes, purchase orders, and complex proposals. - Engage in logistics planning and execution related to proposals and quotes. - Foster industry relationships and build a professional network. - Actively participate in conferences, focusing on engaging interactions rather than passive attendance. - Conduct mostly virtual meetings, with a preference for candidates with experience in material handling or battery-powered industrial equipment. - Utilize distribution channels knowledge and experience in reselling similar products. - Will work closely with the CEO and sales team members, managing account handoffs and adopting the company's sales strategies. Required Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience within B2B sales Full-cycle sales expertise, encompassing lead generation to deal closure. Competence in managing provided leads and independently sourcing new ones. Skilled in outreach initiatives, including cold calling and email campaigns. Adept at customer engagement, preparing quotes, and executing purchase orders. Proficient in logistics coordination, proposal development, and pricing strategies. Proven track record of cultivating industry connections and expanding professional networks. Confident in face-to-face interactions, networking at trade shows, and client engagement. Versed in conducting virtual meetings and familiar with sales in the material handling or industrial battery sectors. Solution-oriented mindset with a strong drive to address challenges. Pay: Base 60 - 90k base & 90-110k after commission
