Command Companies is taking applications for a Sales Specialist associate role, hiring recent college graduates for our upcoming Business Development Team.
You will gain hands-on work experience at an exciting, fast-paced printing company.
The program is designed for those aspiring towards a career in business management, business administration, project management, sales or marketing. This hands-on experience will sharpen your leadership and problem-solving skills that will drive tangible results.
You will gain knowledge and experience in business expansion & growth, increasing revenues and profits, and relationship building. You will work under the guidance of the Sales Director to develop existing business processes and implement new projects. You will assist in all areas of the business including but not limited to sales and client and vendor relations. You will participate in a structured training program.
Role and Responsibilities
Identify potential customers using prospecting databases, social media, networking, and other methods.
Vigorously pursue appointments with viable prospects and customers.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to drive new opportunities and coordinate initial customer contacts and meetings.
Stay steadfast and overcome objections to set initial appointments and move prospects through the sales cycle.
Operate in a consistent manner that builds company brand awareness.
Assist sales team in the development of customer presentations.
Prepare monthly customer status update reports and present to Sales Director.
Maintain ongoing awareness of the competitive environment and other market conditions.
Ability to research and provide relevant data, analysis.
Ability to communicate with diverse partner base.
Provide creative input to implement business partner training and development.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, and other Business-related fields, or equivalent experience
Internship or sales experience, a plus
Organizational development
Track record of delivering results
Extraordinary attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics
Extraordinary communication skills
Ability to multi-task
High tolerance for ambiguity and changing environment
