As we continue to expand our reach and influence in the market, we are searching for a Sales Strategist with strong experience in wholesale and drop-shipping to help drive our growth and build long-lasting partnerships with retailers.
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Strategist who brings expertise and insight into the wholesale and drop-shipping industry. In this role, you will spearhead the development of innovative sales strategies that align with our business goals and expand our market presence. Your key focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with retail partners, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our clients are equipped with the tools and products they need to succeed. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business by leveraging your deep knowledge of the wholesale market.
Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and refine sales strategies tailored to the wholesale and drop-shipping markets.Identify and engage potential retail partners, cultivating new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and logistics) to align efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, sales initiatives, and product offerings that meet market demands.Resolve supply chain or customer issues efficiently, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries for our retail partners.Represent Pharo Deals at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and establish key connections. Qualifications: Extensive experience in wholesale, drop-shipping, or related fields.A solid track record of success in sales strategy development and execution in the wholesale or drop-shipping space.Strong understanding of the business landscape and nuances of the outdoor, sporty, and children's toy markets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze data and trends to drive strategic decision-making.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation: Base salary of $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities.
