This role will involve preparing reports, assisting with trade show logistics, managing CRM updates, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the sales department. CRM experience required. Responsibilities Include: Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Managing customer inquiries to ensure timely and satisfactory responses. Researching trade shows and creating proposed schedules for management. Organizing and scheduling trade show attendance, including handling logistics and materials. Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales tracking systems. Coordinating communication between sales team members and other departments. Preparing sales forecasts and reports for management review. Supporting onboarding and training for new sales team members. Performing additional administrative tasks as required. Ideal Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software (such as HubSpot) is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
