The Sales Support Associate will play a key role assisting our Sales Consultants with answering phone calls, scheduling sales loaners and delivery appointments, preparing required documents, and greeting guests that visit the dealership. This person will also schedule port installed options, perform product demonstrations, vehicle test drives and selection, service and parts overview, and assist with vehicle delivery to customers including handling of delivery paperwork.
Responsibilities: Answer and retrieve telephone messages for assigned sales consultantAssist sales customers with service appointmentsSchedule loaners for sales & service customersManage vehicle loaners (check availability, reserve vehicles, and obtain proper paperwork)Meet and greet sales customers in the absence of sales consultantSchedule port installed options, echomaster, and tint installation with VPC and outside vendorsUpdate DealerTrack reports, prospects, pending deals, and sold unitsAssist sales with picking up vehicles for deliveries, as neededManage key inventory by sorting and pulling keys for other locations when a car is soldCheck that all accessories are installed per customer's specificationsQuality inspect vehicle before delivery to ensure vehicle is in excellent delivery condition with all options installed and gas tank fueledPrepare VPC vehicle transfer sheets for the car carrierMaintain sales consultant's office and monitor loaner/sold unit keysCall customers when license plates arrive and assist with license plate installationAssist with parts, get ready forms, and purchase ordersRequirements: High school graduate or equivalentMinimum six months of customer service work experienceAutomotive sales or service experience preferredExcellent customer relations skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic proficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelDealerTrack knowledge preferredValid driver's license and good driving recordAbility to operate standard and automatic transmission for a variety of sizes of vehiclesMust be customer focused and practice active listening skillsDetail oriented, organized, with good follow-throughMust be a self-starter and able to multi-taskAt Servco, we're committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
