AVL Test Systems, Inc. is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator II to join the team. This position coordinates and collaborates within their immediate team, in addition to working frequently with other internal departments such as Solution Engineering, Account Management, and Engineering. The Sales Support Coordinator creates final customer proposals, customer RFQ responses and processes all forms of Purchase Orders.

ROLES:Proposal Support: Expanded knowledge of AVL Quote tool to enable obtaining and updating files passed from Technical Sales Support and Solution Engineering organizations to match required pricing methodologies and customer requirements.Easily generates MSWord documents from AVL Quote tool to finalize proposal meeting AVL proposal standards with:Customer proposal requirementsAdherence to approved terms and conditionsAdministration of proposal storage and support documents on AVL network and SalesForceAdministration of SalesForce opportunity dataOperates comfortably with advanced features of MSWord and identifies new features use that could be useful to team.Has in-depth working knowledge of AVL layout standards and requirements needed to solidify responses to formal Customer Requests for Quotes.Ability to identify and team with internal resources to ensure all aspects of AVL RFQ response meets customers and AVL requirements.Purchase Order (PO) Processing: Expanded knowledge of AVL Quote tool to enable complex modifications of quotes to match a PO.Administration of SalesForce Opportunity data to enable "booking" of order.Adherence to match PO back to quote or standard pricing with required information:Payment & Invoicing TermsPurchase Terms & ConditionsShip DateAdministration of customer PO storage and support documents on AVL network and SalesForce.Ability to easily identify and clearly communicate purchase order issues to Account Managers, internal teams and customers in order to work toward acceptance or change of PO.Administration Support: Supports team members through hands-on training to support new features and/or processes.Provides organized on-boarding of new team members and continuous training for team members processing customer PO's and Proposals.Acts as informal lead to ensure work assignments are continuous for customer PO's and Proposal support and notifies Manager when additional support is required.Identifies process updates and improvements required through on-the-job use and communicates possible changes to Manager.Any other functions or tasks as requested by his/her supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience1-3+ years' experience in related fieldSalesforce experience is beneficial, but not requiredAbility to share work load in team environmentAbility to multi-taskProven logical thinking abilityAble to work with short deadlinesAbility to work under pressureAble to self-manage work load and lead team when necessaryExcellent organization skills and time managementAbility to use AVL Quote proposal applicationHigh level working knowledge of SalesForce requiredProven, tested ability with Microsoft Office computer skills requiredAbility to work with cross functional teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAVL provides a competitive compensation and benefits package to all direct hires.
