Aid in preparing shipment price quotes, setting up customer accounts, and handling various tasks assigned by sales representatives. Contribute to promotional efforts and marketing strategies aimed at expanding market share. Assist in creating and refining marketing and sales materials. Generate and provide sales forecast data and actual performance insights to Branch management as required. Utilize customer and prospect contact management systems, updating relevant information and activities as needed. Qualifications : Familiarity with logistics principles, including contract management and tariff applications- Huge plus. Strong skills in quantitative analysis and data interpretation. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes. Prior experience in logistics is preferred Solid understanding of logistics planning and analysis. Preferred knowledge of international trade practices, including sales terms, payment methods, and customs regulations. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Demonstrates high personal accountability. Additional Information : Compensation : $20-23/hr, based on industry experience. Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
