Insight Global is seeking an entry level Support Clerk for their client that supports the data center and colocation strategies of more than 2,000 firms across its secure, network-rich portfolio of data centers located throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Assist pre-sales pricing process including pricing tool and system support
- Support colocation Pricing Managers and Order Operations Managers on developing and creating customer proposals
- Review Sales North American Colocation Quotes and generate executable service orders
- Process signed service orders and submit for countersignatures
- Work with internal teams to verify that all deal requirements including pricing and commercials are accurately captured in Oracle CPQ Facilitate ongoing customer relationships to provide exceptional internal and external customer service and timely resolution of issues while promoting the companys core values Support and promote ongoing corporate strategy and initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- BA/BS degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Support role
- Strong attention to detail
- Great customer service
- Ability to work efficiently and seamlessly on virtual teams and accommodate time zone differences
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, result-oriented attitude.
