Harvard Bioscience ("HB") is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our sales operations team! In this role, you'll be an integral part of our sales operations, providing support to our sales enablement and sales team throughout the entire sales process while ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This position can report to work in either our Massachusetts (Holliston) or Minnesota (New Brighton) office. Remote workers will be considered. LOCATION:

Massachusetts (Holliston) or Minnesota (New Brighton) for training and may be remote or hybrid work arrangement after completing the training program.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities):

As our Sales Support Specialist, you will support the sales enablement and sales teams during the entire sales process. The Sales Support Specialist will aid the team with customer service inquiries, either by email or by phone, be available to answer the toll-free customer phone line, and address / re-classify the inquiry data via CRM (Salesforce). and any other sales administration tasks deemed necessary.
Demonstrate proficiency in customer service and communication.
Be the face to our customer when requests come in through phone, email, SalesForce and Microsoft CRM. Partner with customer service and sales to support customer needs, including prioritizing SalesForce and/or Microsoft CRM requests and orders.
Monitor the Deal Desk and Export Compliance queues (requests from Sales)
Build relationships with customers to qualify opportunities and promote repeat business.
Effectively utilize the Client Relation Management system (CRM) Salesforce and make data entries per customer service and sales.
Facilitate client NDA / CDA via DDL legal review process.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
High School Diploma
Previous Customer Experience working with B2B customers
Medical tools or Medical Device Manufacturing (MDM) Project Manager or Sales experience a plus
Computer skills (Microsoft Office fluency)
Salesforce or other CRM
