Your Responsibilities:
System Enhancement: Define and understand sales system needs, analyze data, and propose solutions to keep our CRM at its prime.
Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors and developers, ensuring clear instructions, monitoring progress, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Training & Documentation: Be a training maestro, identifying needs, creating effective materials, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Platform Mastery: Take the reins as the primary CRM resource, handling customization, administration, and ensuring smooth operation.
Second Level Support: Resolve service requests within SLA, document and escalate system bugs for seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be based in New Jersey.
- Experience working cross-functionally with a Sales team.
- 3+ years of experience with CRM products, with a majority in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and Power Apps technical solutions.
- Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
- Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft's Dynamics Power Platform.
- Core Skills: SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
- Experience working with a team to deliver large, complex technology projects.
- Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience interviewing users and business owners to gather requirements and write Functional Specifications.
- Well-organized and analytical.
- Ability to change directions quickly and nimbly.
- Humble and hungry for continued learning.
