Role Description:?
As aSales Trainer, you will?be responsible forworkingwithourportfoliobrandsto onboardnew salesrepresentativesandprovidecontinuing sales education.?? Based in our Richmond, VA training hub, you will?be responsible fordesigning and delivering a training curriculum tofour of our portfolio brands, Land.com, STR, Business for Sale and CRE Manager-in accordance withthe?company's?business initiatives and?objectives.You will also spend time in the field directly working withteamsasa sales coachThisposition will play a critical role in advancing careers anddrivingthe success of our teams.

Responsibilities:?
Design and develop asalestrainingcurriculum that addresses various populations acrossour portfolio brands.

Partner withsales managersacrossportfolio brandsto understand developmental needs of their salesteams, and design scalable content that meets their needs, including tailoring specific content when necessary for niche populations.?

Collaborate with other functional teams acrossto deliver and execute training programs effectively andleverageexisting subject matter experts to drive content creation and facilitation.?

Develop training content, instructor manuals, and course materials for internal use.Where necessary leverage third party materials to supplement and enhance training.

Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback from key stakeholders and recommend modifications to course content based on data?

Facilitate program deliveryand/orprovide one on one training fornew salesrepresentatives hired into ourportfolioof brands

Provide real time observation and coaching to salesteamsto drive sales performance.?

Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degreerequiredfrom an accredited, not for profit college or university?

5+ years ofsuccessful salesexperience

Abilityto effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment?

Ability to create an inclusive learning environment and adjust based on audience's learning needs?

Proficient in Microsoft applications- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.?

Track recordof commitment topreviousemployers?

60-70% travel (international and/or domestic) asrequiredfor business need?

Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or other subjects related to Adult Education from an accredited,not for-profitcollege or university?

Training experience in a corporate setting, delivering instructor-led training

Experience creating training content using proven adult learning principles?

Working knowledge and application of adult learning methodologies?

Working knowledge of Learning Management System?

Experience working in Instructional Design Applications. Articulate 360 preferred?

Experience creatingsales trainingcontent using proven adult learning principles?

Commercial Real Estate and/ Digitial Marketing experience preferred.
