Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services

Vantage Point is seeking a qualified Salesforce Account Executive to join their 100% remote team.
The Salesforce Account Executive will serve as the point person and trusted advisor to prospective clients while gaining a full understanding of their business needs and company challenges.
This role encompasses all sales activities including prospecting, closing new logos while utilizing internal resources such as Salesforce channel partner relationships, marketing, and sales engineering assistance.
The Account Executive is part of the Sales organizaiton and will work with cross-functional internal teams including Delivery and Operations.
Our customers range from small and mid-sized companies to enterprise corporations with a focus in Financial Services.


Primary Responsibilities: Establish and foster relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and work collaboratively to engage new clients Cultivate leads and prospect for new clients within the Salesforce ecosystem Understand the business needs, goals and pain points of each client Lead and manage all phases of the sales cycle Prospecting, lead qualification, project scopes, generating presentations and SOWs, and negotiating contracts as required Collaboration with technical delivery resources to ensure estimates align with delivery standards Ability to translate customer requirements into multi-phase roadmaps with scope and estimates Understanding of, and ability to articulate more complex features of Salesforce to ensure customer understanding during sales cycle Requirements 5+ years of selling Salesforce solutions, preferably offerings in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, Financial Services Cloud 5-10+ years of experience selling SaaS in the Financial Service vertical market, such as Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, Investment firms, or other financial institutions Experience selling to both SMB and Commercial Market accounts Proven skills in working in a channel partnership relationship sales capacity Strong consultative sales approach and discovery/probing skills Ability to articulate ROI and present cases for implementing Salesforce solutions Ability to meet and exceed sales goals Forecasting and delivering on expected projections Creating presentations that clearly outline benefits, objectives, and goals for clients while providing a roadmap to meeting customer goals Highly effective communication skills with all levels of vendors, clients, internal partners and resources Preferred Qualifications Ability to grow and lead Sales team Benefits Flexible Time Off & Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with 100% employer match (vests immediately) Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance (100% paid for by employer) Term Life Insurance (100% paid for by employer) Competitive Compensation, Flexible/Remote Work Environment, Ongoing Learning & Development, & Team Collaboration Equal Opportunity Statement
