You should be proactive in addressing the needs of clients and manage the sales process from start to finish. In this role, you will be highly engaged in client communication and working with the TruSummit team surrounding the overall account management. Finally, you should assist in increasing sales and serving as a vital link between the client and sales department. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunitiesServe TruSummit's clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processesDrive the development of account strategy and sales activity in partnership with the customer and internal practice leadersWork with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new businessTarget, develop, and maintain key buyer/influencer relationships across multiple client accountsDefine win themes based on our competition and contribute to proposal developmentMonitor and report on customer Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunity pipeline using TruSummit's internal Salesforce CRM applicationBuild your network to grow salesRemote/Telecommute position with the ability to travel up to 30% REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree is preferredFull-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce or related productExperience with enterprise software salesHighly self-motivated with a drive for successExperience managing a list of 2-11 accountsExperience selling to the C-suiteAbility to build and deliver presentations to your customersStrong presentation and influencing skillsExperience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and SalesforceA few of our benefits: Competitive salary – reviewed annually Performance bonus Unlimited Paid time off Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Flexible working schedule Employer-Matching 401k Retirement Plan Funding for each employee's professional development (Salesforce Certification, PMP, etc.)
